Refund policy

All bookings are non refundable. We can however transfer a booking to another date (subject to availability) if a full 24 hours notice is given. To reschedule please use the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.

We understand that booking errors can occur and in the case of genuine mistakes or technical hiccups we may be able to issue a refund. Refund requests can take up to 48 hours to be responded to and will be processed Monday - Friday. Note it can take up to 5-7 working days for funds to reach your bank and times may vary between different banks.
