Parties at The Secret Garden

All party bookings take place on a Saturday or Sunday from 2.30 – 4.15pm.

  • Package 1 - £285

    • Exclusive hire for 1hr 45mins
    • 1 hour play session with access to upstairs, downstairs and the garden (weather permitting)
    • Personalised choice of music throughout the café
    • PDF Secret Garden party invites.
    • 30 minutes for party afternoon tea (variety of sandwiches, crisps, hummus & crudités, fruit selection, yogurt & fairy cake – allergies can be catered for)
    • Entrance for up to 15 children and 30 adults.
    • Free cordial available
    • 15 minutes dance and sing session with bubbles

  • Package 2 - £365

    • Exclusive hire for 1hr 45mins
    • 1 hour play session with access to upstairs, downstairs and the garden (weather permitting)
    • Personalised choice of music throughout the café
    • PDF Secret Garden party invites.
    • 30 minutes for party afternoon tea (variety of sandwiches, crisps, hummus & crudités,
      fruit selection, yogurt & fairy cakes – allergies can be catered for)
    • Entrance for up to 15 children and 30 adults
    • Free cordial available
    • 15 minutes dance and sing session with bubbles

    Plus

    • 3 tier semi naked Victoria sponge cake baked by our lovey local supplier Heaton Cakes & Bakes, delivered fresh to the café for the party. Plus cake decorations and candle.
    • Party decorations including tablecloth, balloons for the table, ceiling bunting and birthday banner.

Optional Extras

  • £10 per head for any additional children beyond 15, to a maximum of 20.
    (Only children that are eating need to be included)
  • £30 - Adult sandwich and crisp platters with salad garnish per 10 people.

Party booking terms & conditions

£50 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of the booking.
We can only hold a booking for 48 hours if the deposit is not received.
Final payment due in full 14 days before the party.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule the party, we will need at least 7 days notice.
We need to be notified of any allergies at least 7 days before the party.
You are able to bring your own cake and decorations with package one.
